A Foundation Built on Compassion

At D.A.P.S. Circle of Hope Foundation, we recognize the profound impact neurological conditions have on individuals and their families. Founded in July 2025 in Newark, Delaware, we are a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to providing comprehensive non-medical support rooted in empathy and community connection. Our mission is to honor every person's journey through dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and stroke, fostering a sense of dignity and hope. We rely on the generous contributions of donors, volunteers, and partners to create inclusive support systems that empower and uplift. Together, we are building a national circle of compassion where emotional, spiritual, and communal healing takes precedence.
